Jamie Henderson is a freelance classical and jazz musician. He holds a degree in clarinet performance from the University of Calgary (Canada) and is also an accomplished saxophonist. Jamie is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Performance degree at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).
As an ensemble musician, Jamie has performed around the world, including Canada, the United States, Germany, The Netherlands, France, and England. Jamie is currently on hiatus from the rock cover band Borderline, and is a member of Vancouver Saxophone Ensemble as well as various ensembles at the University of British Columbia. Former ensembles include A Band of Outriders of the Calgary Stampede, the Wednesday Night Big Band, the Alberta Winds wind ensemble, the Calgary Stampede Showband, various ensembles at the University of Calgary, and the 2002 MusicFest Canada National Concert Band.
